Prerequisites: the boneless helps but isn't mandatory
After the boneless, the 180° version can be learnt very naturally. Consequently the placement of the feet is the same as for the classic boneless.
Move at a moderate pace
Place your feet in the exact same position as for the boneless
Place your front foot on the ground, the tail will slam by itself thanks to the weight from the back foot
Turn your pelvis and shoulders towards the desired side, all whilst pushing down on the front foot to lift off, whilst being in the air continue the rotation using your shoulders and pelvis.
Really bend your legs, place your feet from the air on the board
Slam down softly and it's a success!
